 DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Local delivery - Melbourne Metro only

Delivery fee

0-10 Km

Minimum order is 2 boxes

Delivery fee is $15

A day before delivery

We will send you the estimate delivery time for your order to your email a night before your delivery day.

Delivery day

Delivery driver will knock or ring the doorbell/ intercom when making the delivery. 

If no one is at home, your order will be left in a safe place. 

When your order is delivered, we will send a notification to your email. 

Due to the current circumstance, we will be doing contactless delivery only.

Delivery address

Please provide the correct address for us and your specific delivery instruction at the check out.

If your nominated delivery address is an apartment, unit or other secured building please provide the access code, instructions or such other means to ensure delivery can be left safely. 

Please note that the driver might ask you to meet him outside of your apartment building if they cannot find a parking. 

If you have provided an incorrect address that we are unable to deliver to you, your order will be return to the base , we will reschedule the delivery on the next delivery day and there will be an other delivery fee charged. 

It will be your full responsibility to provide us a correct address, delivery instruction and a safe place for your order.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, your address will be either residential or business address, however, exceptions for Police stations, Hospitals, Universities might occur, please contact us for further information.

Delivery address changing

We require minimum 24 hours before for the delivery address changing. Any changes required less than 24 hours will be charged an extra $5 admin fee.

Pick up

You could pick up your mooncakes from ARC Asian Grocers in Preston.

Pre-order only. Select pick up option at the check-out.

We will send you a notification to your email when the mooncake arrived in the shop.

Minimum 3 days notice for Pick-up orders. (e.g. place order by Monday, ready to pick up on Thursday after 2:00pm) 

Minimum order is 1 box. Pick up for free.

Pop up Pick up Spot, only available on 11 Sept, Saturday.

Pick up time is after 2:00pm

 

Shipping to Australia wide by Australia Express Post (Deluxe box only)

 Delivery day and Dispatch day

Your order will be dispatched from our end on the "delivery day" you chose, selecting Shipping to Australia wide shipping method will allow delivery time by Australia Post, please see information in here.

If you selected the dispatch day on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, we will dispatch it on the next available dispatch day to prevent the mooncake waiting in transit. 

We only dispatch shipping orders on Wednesday and Thursday and the 20th & 21th of September. 

 

Shipping fee

1-4 box = $22

5-6 box = $28

7-12 box =$56

Shipping to Australia wide by Australia Express Post, maximum 6 boxes in one order, if you would like to order more than 6 boxes, you will need to place another order, however if you would like to order more than 20 boxes please contact us and we will come up some solutions for you. 

 

Delay and damage

We do not hold responsivities for any delays and damages occurred by the third party shipping company, Australia Post, please determine your risk tolerance before placing your order.

Shipping packaging

We will pack your order in bubble wrap and in a cardboard mailing box. We will pack your order in a great protection to avoid damage, however, we do not hold responsivities for any damages.

 

 RETURNS AND REFUND

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges.

We are not able to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or order incorrectly. 

If you receive a product that is significantly different from the description, please contact us. Please keep your proof of purchase.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE 

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate membership accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
