Palmier- A cookie made from puff pastry and sugar from France. (Some stories claim it is from Vienna, Austria :) )

We make our Palmiers from scratch. Our puff pastry is made with quality local sourced cultured butter, the inverse puff pastry is then hand rolled and folded to creating more than 500 flaky, buttery layers. Patient is the only secret ingredient behind the perfection.  

Our Palmiers do not included any artificial colours, flavours and sweeteners and no preservatives added.

Each Palmier is made by hand and freshly made. The fresher the better, we recommend you to enjoy our Palmier as soon as possible, however, they could be kept as long as 2 weeks after the day you received, please refer to the below information.

Each gift box contains 16 pcs of one flavour of the below, each palmier is packed individually in a heat seal bag.

Original 

A minimalist's favorite. Enjoy the buttery flaky Palmiers as it is, maybe with a cup of coffee as well :)

Sesame 

Added the mixed of roasted black and white sesame to our original Palmiers for extra lovely aroma.

Salted egg yolk

If you like savory sweet you will like this. We use our house made free range salted duck egg for incredibly egg yolk flavour, added to our palmiers for amazing Asian/French crossover!

Sea salt bittersweet chocolate

Dark couverture Belgian chocolate rolled in chocolate puff pastry and touched with fleur de sel.

採用澳洲本地擁有特殊風味嘅發酵牛油製作千層酥皮,唔走捷徑跟從傳統做法,一層又一層咁摺疊做出超過500層酥脆酥皮,製作費時考功夫,少啲耐性都唔得!

嘅蝴蝶酥全部無添加,我哋堅持唔用人造色素、防腐劑同埋增味劑(包括雲呢拿香油同奶粉),酥皮只用高質牛油製作,絕不混入人造牛油(margarine)。

蝴蝶酥新鮮製作,焗好嘅蝴蝶酥會包裝好然後喺翌日送出,想食新鮮蝴蝶酥嘅話,哋建議你盡快食,保存期大約兩星期。

每盒含16塊一種口味蝴蝶酥,每塊蝴蝶酥使用獨立密封包裝。
