This Mid-Autumn festival, JOY JAUNE invites you to celebrate Light, Hope, and Togetherness through creativity and community giving.

Lanterns are more than decorations — they symbolise reunion and blessings. We bring the Mid-Autumn lantern experience to Preston Market, sharing joy with our local community while supporting market traders.

今個中秋，JOY JAUNE 誠邀您以創意和善意，一同點亮 光明、希望、團圓。

燈籠不只是裝飾，它象徵着團聚與祝福。我們把中秋燈籠的體驗帶到 Preston Market，與社區分享喜悅，同時支持本地檔販。

🌝 How It Works · 活動方式

  • Create 創作: Pick up a free paper lantern template at JOY JAUNE, or bring your own design. 免費領取紙燈籠模板，或自備設計。
  • Design 設計: Colour, draw, and decorate your lantern. 發揮創意，繪畫及裝飾。
  • Adopt 認領: Each lantern can be “adopted” with a minimum donation of AU$5 (larger donations welcome). 每盞燈籠 AU$5 起認領（樂捐不限）。
  • Display 展示: Finished lanterns will be displayed at JOY JAUNE to inspire others. 燈籠將展示於店內，點亮社區。
  • Give Back 回饋: All proceeds go towards buying produce from Preston Market traders, then donated to local organisations. 善款用於購買 Preston Market 新鮮食材，轉贈社區機構支援有需要人士。

❤️Together, we have raised $390 from 78 donations

41 individual mooncake sales is included in the donation

Around 30 lanterns creatively designed and drawn to support this project 

All proceeds will be used for purchasing fresh produce from Preston Market and will be donated to DIVRS supporting food security for our local community.
